At Advance Kitchen you are covered by our comprehensive warranty should anything go wrong. You can click on the links below to download the full terms and conditions of your warranty.

NEW EQUIPMENT $500 AND ABOVE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for purchasing your new equipment from Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. You have a 12 months warranty beginning from the date on your tax invoice which you will have received from us.

1/ Equipment comes with a full warranty that includes parts, labor and transport, provided by Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. (from herein will be referred to as “The Company”).

2/ In the event of a breakdown you (the customer) must allow The Company to have access to the equipment for the purpose of diagnosis and repair during normal working hours (9am to 5:00pm) Monday to Friday. No specific mes can be agreed for repairs to be carried out. If you must have it repaired out with normal working hours or you must have specific mings (e.g. 2-4pm) a surcharge will apply.

3/ The Company will accept no responsibility for any food or drink spoilage that may occur due to equipment breakdown and will accept no responsibility for any loss of business revenue.

4/ During the course of carrying out any repairs The Company reserves the right to replace parts or equipment with similar quality parts or equipment at their own discreon.

5/ If your equipment has been tampered with, repaired by third pares, has been incorrectly installed (by people other than employees of The Company) or has been misused, The Company can declare your warranty null and void at their own discretion. Damage caused by misuse, accident, sabotage, acts of war, or act of God is NOT covered by the warranty.

6/ If you move your equipment from the original site to another site it may render your warranty null and void.

7/ Equipment warranty is non-transferable

1/ Equipment comes with a full return to base warranty that includes parts and labour, provided by Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. (from herein will be referred to as “The Company”).

2/ In the event of a breakdown you (the customer) must return the equipment to The Company for repair during normal working hours (9am to 5:00pm) Monday to Friday. You must allow us reasonable time to carry out diagnosis and repair.

3/ The Company will accept no responsibility for any food or drink spoilage that may occur due to equipment breakdown and will accept no responsibility for any loss of business revenue.

4/ During the course of carrying out any repairs The Company reserves the right to replace parts or equipment with similar quality parts or equipment at their own discretion.

USED EQUIPMENT $500 AND ABOVE

Thank you for purchasing your used equipment from Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. You have a 3 months warranty beginning from the date on your tax invoice which you will have received from us.

1/ Equipment comes with full warranty that includes parts, labour and transport, provided by Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. (from herein will be referred to as “The Company”).

2/ In the event of a breakdown you (the customer) must allow The Company to have access to the equipment for the purpose of diagnosis and repair during normal working hours (9am to 5:00pm) Monday to Friday. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for purchasing your used equipment from Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. You have a 1 month back to base warranty beginning from the date on your tax invoice which you will have received from us.

1/ Equipment comes with full return to base warranty that includes parts and labour, provided by Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. (from herein will be referred to as “The Company”).

2/ In the event of a breakdown you (the customer) must return the equipment to The Company for repair during normal working hours (9am to 5:00pm) Monday to Friday. You must allow us reasonable time to carry out diagnosis and repair.

EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR USED EQUIPMENT 3+9 MONTHS

Thank you for purchasing your used equipment from Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. You have a 3+9 (12) months extended warranty beginning from the date on your tax invoice which you will have received from us.

 1/ Equipment comes with full warranty that includes parts, labour and transport, provided by Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. (from herein will be referred to as “The Company”).

EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR USED EQUIPMENT 3+9 MONTHS (PROJECTS ONLY) 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Thank you for purchasing your used equipment and having your project carried out by Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd. You have a 3+9 (12) months extended warranty beginning from the date of completion of your project. 

1/ Equipment comes with full warranty that includes parts, labour and transport, for the first three months provided by Advanced Kitchen Equipment Pte Ltd (from herein will be referred to as “The Company”). The subsequent nine months warranty includes parts but does not include labour or transport. Parts will be replaced under the warranty but the labour and transport costs will be paid by you (the customer). 

2/ In the event of a breakdown you (the customer) must allow The Company to have access to the equipment for the purpose of diagnosis and repair during normal working hours (9am to 5:00pm) Monday to Friday. No specific mes can be agreed for repairs to be carried out. If you must have it repaired out with normal working hours or you must have specific mings (e.g. 2-4pm) a surcharge will apply.
